Reminder: Spoiler policy
The chance that someone in this community is not aware of a Major Development in Renly and Loras' S2 story is pretty slim but we've decided to stay spoiler-free as to what's ahead for our dynamic duo in the episode reaction posts so use lj-cuts/spoiler cuts when appropriate. Thanks!

Date: 2012-04-16 11:20 pm (UTC)But as cute as Finn Jones is when he is being bested/jealous/petulant, I always imagined Loras as having a kind of hero-worship for Renly, a feeling of deeper purpose in what was between them, which makes the jealousy as the episode portrayed seem a bit out of sorts with what I'd read into his character. That could just be me, though.
I did get a grin out of Loras offering up Margaery and then Margaery offering up Loras in much the same way. Poor Renly, he didn't seem to know how to cope with the intrigues and machinations of the wily and very practical Tyrells.
Overall, Margaery, Brienne, and Arya ruled the episode and I loved it - and them :)
